What You’ll Do:
• Provide attentive, hands-on care to infants and toddlers throughout daily routines.
• Support learning through songs, stories, sensory activities, and play.
• Follow classroom schedules, feeding routines, and diapering procedures that meet licensing standards.
• Ensure each child’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with families about each child’s progress and milestones.

What You Bring:
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Coursework or experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
• A nurturing personality, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and maintain a calm, positive attitude.
