Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Pay Range: $70,000 – $78,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid in the next paycheck following 60 days of employment)
Hiring Status: HIRING IMMEDIATELY
- Lead daily center operations: staffing, schedules, compliance, and enrollment
- Manage budgets and P&L; track KPI performance
- Recruit, train, and coach teachers and support staff
- Ensure curriculum delivery and instructional quality across classrooms
- Maintain licensing and regulatory compliance
- Lead family tours and community outreach
- 5+ years of leadership experience in early education or childcare
- Strong business acumen (budgeting, metrics, operations)
- Excellent communication and team-leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, ECE, Business or related)
Flexibility required to support coverage from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. until the center is fully staffed and stable; hours will normalize as operations stabilize.
